	072 of 145. On our way back to our apartment, we come upon Torre del Oro or Round Tower dating from the 13th century. Once covered with golden tiles, this tower, which sits along the banks of the Guadalquivir River was used to protect the harbour with a chain that closed its entrance. Today, it houses the Naval Museum.
