	037 of 145. Commissioned in 1764, the Alcala Gate stands at Plaza de la Independencia in Madrid. On its left, something I noticed throughout the city....an envelope surrounding a building under construction is a life size copy of the exterior elevations generally found in a set of architectural plans.
