	013 of 145. This view of Almudena Cathedral, which is situated across the plaza from the Royal Palace, shows visitors waiting in line to tour the Palace. Construction on the Cathedral began in 1883 and took over 100 years to complete. It was consecrated by Pope John Paul on the 15th of June, 1993.
