	102 of 182. Probably Gaudí's second most popular work is Casa Mila. Completed in 1912, it was the largest civil building he'd designed for the Milà family. He wanted the people who lived in the apartments to all know each other; therefore there were only lifts on every second floor so people had to communicate with one another on different floors.
