	065 of 152. The Forum of Trajan (106 - 112 AD) was the last and largest of the Imperial Forums that formed the political and governmental center of the Roman Empire. As a side note, the column including its base is138 ft tall. This was exactly the height of the hill that stood at this site. It had been leveled to create open space for the construction of the Forum.
