| 22 of 73. As much as I like taking slides on our trips, it's become increasingly more difficult & expensive to go this route,so.....time to enter the digital age. Sue had purchased a Canon PowerShot A520 to take on our last trip and was very pleased with the ease of use and quality of the images. After a bit of research, I decided to get the 8 MegaPixel Canon PowerShot A630 which featured a 2.5" articulated LCD monitor which can be positioned at almost any angle for viewing those more demanding shots when your face can't be behind the camera...Very Nice. Picked up a mini Tripod for it for those occasional night shots. Camera accepts SD cards (SDHC as well) and the prices have fallen quite a bit on the 2-4 GB capacity cards. Looking forward to running it thru its paces. |
